Constitutional changes

BFS_Logo_red_SMALLThe most exciting part of every FantasyCon is of course the Annual General Meeting of the British Fantasy Society and the constitutional changes that ensue.

This year, unusually, there were changes to both the society’s constitution (which now allows proxy voting, subject to certain restrictions) and the awards constitution (minor changes regarding sponsors and future proposals).
