Dragonmeet?
Is that the RPG thingy?   ???
If wishes were horses then we'd all be eating steak.
Jayne Cobb, Firefly.

But ... if fishes were courses then we'd all be eating hake ...

I'm no, sir; I'm as common as muck!
What's the details and can people gatecrash, or is it prebook only?

Harr!

Yeah, we're certainly paying entry at the door, because we forgot to go to Leisure Games and buy tickets over the weekend.

I think I've found some video footage of last year's Dragonmeet   ;)

I know I'm late to the party here, but in my defence I only just turned up.   :)

Did anyone go? If so, I was the guy with a stand in the main hall containing nothing but copies of his novel. (I might also add that I was the guy with the gorgeous looking wife on the stall next to him, but that description, while romantic, isn't perhaps terribly informative and is, perhaps, a tad biased).

I didn't. I ended up staying up friday night fighting to get Pantechnicon published on schedule, and didn't get to bed until gone 4am saturday. As I'd need to be up at about 7am to get to Dragonmeet on time, I missed it. I did, however, sleep until about midday  ;D

It's a shame, as I would've liked to have been there for Cubicle 7's announcement and panel, but as I'd known the news for quite some time beforehand, it wasn't really necessary.
