One of Mike's publisher here (ie, The Alchemy Press): Mr Chinn is revising the stories and writing a NEW one. It shouldn't be too long now.

I've finished the revisions - plus added a new story - so it should be pretty soon.

Now he's put me on the spot. I have to remind myself how to create an eBook for the Kindle -- took me ages last time, to get it right.
???

One easy way to get a simple text-only ebook quickly done is to set it up on Feedbooks, and export draft mobi/epub versions to use elsewhere (without ever publishing it on there). Just set up the structure and paste the text in - only takes ten minutes or so for a straightforward book of fiction.

For more complicated books I've started to use Sigil, which is very good, but it helps to know a bit of html.
