Des - RSS is basically a way of broadcasting content to the web, letting people access it in various convenient ways, like putting the headlines into My Yahoo or reading them in Google Reader or making ebooks out of them on Feedbooks, all sorts of stuff. It's built into most blogs and into most modern browsers.
Peter - I'll investigate. My reorganisation of the front page must have disabled it...
