Hello from Oxfordshire
« on: March 24, 2010, 05:06:35 pm »
Hello, all

Adrian Chamberlin here - some of you may know me from the GNS and BHN boards, as well as the DF Underground.

Joined the BFS last week - can't believe I didn't do it sooner. Just waiting for my membership to arrive.

I'm also going to the World Horror Convention at Brighton this weekend, so looking forward to meeting some of you there.

All the best,

Ade

Hi Adrian - welcome to the society! Your first mailing should arrive towards the end of the month, or at the beginning of next month. Blame me for holding it up...

I'm guessing GNS is Guy N. Smith, but what's BHN?

Hi Stephen

Many thanks for the update - look forward to receiving it.

BHN is the British Horror Novels forum - quite a few members here are on it. Take a looksee...

Howdy, Adrian - hope the WHC went well. I'm jealous.

Hi Jim - it was great. I drank and smoked too much, but when in Rome... :)

Hey, Stephen - I haven't received the mailing yet. Can you look into it for me?

Thanks!

Hello Adrian :)

Kept meaning to say hiya to you when I saw you on here (instead of HWN)

Oh come on, just over a month's not bad...

Thank you, Carole and Iam!

As you say, Carole, just over a month's not bad - and I've not been on here for a while myself. That's the trouble with all these forums. I end up joining so many I forget to post on them all...

Which one's this again?     ;)

By the way, Iam - didn't I meet you at Pitch Black? I think I asked how radioactive that fez was. Well, my hair's fallen out and my teeth have turned green, so I know the answer now...

O yes! I remember you! You were there right around the time my kidneys started melting. Oh… happy days…
