RULES OF DUEL - this is an incredible fantasy/crime novel written with William S Burroughs in the late sixties and never before published. With a brilliant cover by Lee Thompson, RULES OF DUEL is a poetic and thought provoking read.

That really does look and sound rather cool, David!

I understand your reasons for not wanting to become a committee member. But everyone (or almost everyone) on the committee has to earn a living, too, some of it as paid employees (and maybe writing in the evenings or early mornings) and others may already be fulltime writers. They somehow fit BFS things into their schedule. But I do know that sometimes (as this year for me) non-BFS activities (earning a living) have to dominate -- so I do appreicate your reluctance. Thankfully, there are some people who are able to add an extra chore to their lives. I'm grateful that these folk step forward.

That is great. Don't know how they manage to do it all but they do....thankfully.

I'm lucky enough to be a full time writer and I'm helping Guy who is also a full time writer with a few things this week. Everyone does what little they can sometimes to help build up membership and do a few jobs.

Telos will be launching two new titles ... but at the moment I have no idea when!!

They are both by Graham Masterton:

THE DJINN - is a reprint of Graham's wonderful 1977 novel, with a spanking new cover and internal illustrations by Daniele Serra.

RULES OF DUEL - this is an incredible fantasy/crime novel written with William S Burroughs in the late sixties and never before published. With a brilliant cover by Lee Thompson, RULES OF DUEL is a poetic and thought provoking read.

We're hoping that Graham will pop in at some point during Saturday to sign copies ... but at the moment we don't know when!

However copies will be available in the Dealer room, along with the British Fantasy Award-shortlisted title IT LIVES AGAIN!

More details and online ordering at www.telos.co.uk

David
Regrettably Graham won't be able to attend FantasyCon ... but we will have copies of the books available for sale there.
