We're hoping to come. It's a good venue. I love the Ikon Gallery's own bookshop - hardly ever leave without buying something.

I'll be showing my face. Never visited the Ikon Gallery, so it'll be a new experience (like being in the Council House last year).

Sorry I couldn't make it today (behind on several deadlines) but I hope it went well.

I think it's next Saturday, Stephen (the 12th) - not today.  8)

Thanks - glad I didn't go, then! Hopefully I've got the wrong week for all my deadlines too.

The Alchemy Press will be attending FantasyCon 2014. Come and say hello and check out all our books.

Joel Lane's Beneath the Ground is, to all intents, out of print. However, I "discovered" three copies recently -- at least one signed. I'm selling these at just 10 each. First come first served -- unless you want to make me an offer I can't refuse.

Talking of Joel: I gather that Chris and Pauline Morgan have a table in the dealers' room selling off some of Joel's stock -- proceeds to go to his mother.

It's a great book.

A typical erudite Des review --

Never seemed erudite to me when starting my RTRs all those years ago - just hopefully revealing what is actually there whether intended or not by the authors.

The Alchemy Press's Jan Edwards and Peter Coleborn are to be interviewed at the Birmingham SF Group's March meeting. We also aim to launch three books that evening:

Dead Water and Other Weird Tales by David Sutton
Give Me These Moments Back by Mike Chinn
Leinster Gardens and Other Subtleties by Jan Edwards

Come along for a chat and a drink or two:

Very short notice...

We'll be at the PowWow Festival of Writing in Birmingham tomorrow. We'll have a stall and Peter will be on a panel on publishing. Also attending as a guest is the BFS' Nick Royle.
