A small update: in the category of best independent press, The Alchemy Press is now credited to both Peter Coleborn and Jan Edwards.

Thanks for letting me know.

It's the Avast anti-virus advert on all of your emails that's making Gmail class them as spam. There's a thread here explaining how to turn it off: https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=137466.0

I've now finished emailing all the publishers (except the film and tv ones), and the nominated material has already started to arrive with the juries. They now have all of August and September to consider the nominees and come to a decision.

Just to confirm, all of our brilliant juries have completed their deliberations, and the award nameplates have been ordered. The ceremony, organised once again by Lee and the FantasyCon team, to whom I'm very grateful, will be on October 25, at FantasyCon. Sad that I won't be there! The awards themselves are all set too, ready for dispatch from Sarah Goss's workshop to the convention hotel...
