Last I heard, the plan was for the 2015 minutes to be included in the September members-only bulletin. I don't know if they are available upon request before then, but as secretary Andy's the right person to ask. The 2014 minutes can be seen in BFS Horizons #2.

The minutes will go out one month prior to the next AGM to all paid up members in a special email, gives plenty of time for everyone to digest them, and come to the next AGM prepared.
I should probably stop volunteering for things...

Shouldn't they go out as soon AFTER the AGM that they relate to, which allows people who were there to correct or add to them if things were missing or mis-reported?

Yes, absolutely, the point of minutes is to let people know what happened at the meeting, what was decided, announced, etc, so that it can all be acted on. If no one sees them for a year they'll only be of use as a historical document, rather than a practical one. But last year's minutes did go out to members last week, as Andy promised.
