I've been into RPG(s) for many years, and I returned to GMing soon after I became a published author.

I'm currently running three groups in Kent: The Twitching Squirrels (playing Call of Cthulhu 1990s), The Black Swords (playing Warhammer
Fantasy Roleplay 2nd Edition) and The Pale Riders (playing Dungeons
and Dragons 3.5).

It's great fun, and a fantastic hobby....but it can be very time-consuming and has to be fitted around deadlines and my (very understanding) fiance.

Thanks for the offer, but I like my RPG games face-to-face. It's a brilliant social activity, and the best way to meet new friends and interact. I'm sure computer RPGs are very good, but for me it's the thrill of teamwork and regularly hillarious tabletop antics that make the whole thing worthwhile! :-)

We're doing a Cthulhu Now Xmas Special next week....which is always good for a laugh (assuming nobody gets their character sheet set alight by the candles).
