Holdfast magazine call for submissions

holdfastHoldfast is a new, free, quarterly speculative fiction magazine that explores all things fantastic.

Issue #1 ‘Speculating about speculative women.’ Where do women stand in speculative fiction on and off the page?

We are currently looking for fiction for our first ever issue. As this issue is all about women, we want to see stories that have interesting female characters at their centre. We accept all genres under the umbrella of ‘speculative.’ The deadline for submissions is 20th September 2013.

We are also looking for illustrators that would like to help our fiction come to life!

For more information on guidelines and how to submit please visit www.holdfastmagazine.com or email submissions@holdfastmagazine.com
