Appearances / Rotten Row by Chaz Brenchley

BFS member Chaz Brenchley’s new novella, Rotten Row, is published by PS Publishing in September (‘11.99).

‘Rotten Row is the worst place we’ve made. Humankind can travel to the stars – but only if you’re sure of yourself. Content to be flung as a datastream through space, flitting from male to female, dark to fair, tall to short to broad, one random discard body to the next. Those who go are the Upshot, rare individuals subject to their own rigid laws. And then there’s Rotten Row.’

Meanwhile, if you are within striking distance of Oxford today (Thursday 28 July) Chaz Brenchley (as Ben Macallan) will be appearing at the Waterstone’s Bookshop from 6.00 pm, along with other Solaris writers Juliet E McKenna and Ian Whates ‘ all promoting their latest releases.

Or catch Chaz Brenchley next week (Thursday 4 August) in Newcastle upon Tyne at the Summer Phantoms at the Lit & Phil:  there’ll be new ghost stories from Chaz, Sean O’Brien and Gail-Nina Anderson.
